A great start for the sprint! Our least consistent week so far, and we are proud of it!
We’ve been consistent but we’ve never been able to reach our goal of completing a sprint. It is now looking like our process changes are starting to pay off; for the first time in a while we might actually complete our sprint as planned, flagged by last week’s repeatedly high Sufficiency of Progress. Hence our least consistent week.
Celebrating this win is important, but we’re not going to get carried away by a single metric. Long term change will come for us when we keep our Sufficiency AND Consistency scores high.
